During our Market Appraisal we shall discuss the local sales market, the likely profile of the buyer, provide comparable information of properties we have successfully sold and explain the process once you have instructed us to sell.
We shall keep you updated with viewing feedback and regularly keep in touch. Marketing is only part of our role. Once we have secured a purchaser and carried out the required due diligence, we shall negotiate the sale and liaise with solicitors to ensure the sale proceeds as smoothly as possible.
