Melanie’s sales career began circa 25 years ago initially in telesales before moving to the property sector initially selling new homes and over the past 10 years, residential property in Monmouthshire, Powys and Herefordshire.  Melanie was born in Abergavenny and lived in the area until her early 20s when she moved to London, returning some 15 years later when she decided to start a family and wanted to live in a rural area close to family.  Melanie works solely for the Fine & Country side of the business and has built an excellent reputation with both sellers and buyers with her knowledge and her ability to navigate the difficult times with kind words and a smile.  When not dressed for business, Melanie can be found repairing a roof or chopping logs, she enjoys every aspect of property and has renovated a few properties of her own.  Outside of work, aside from property, Melanie enjoys walking and exploring the countryside and coastlines of Wales, either by car or motorbike, she has even taken to the occasional open water swim.
