Gemma is a Welsh girl through and through, born just outside Crickhowell and has lived in the area all her life.  Gemma is a very driven and motivated lady who is absolutely passionate about not just property but delivering an exceptional service to our clients – our google reviews reflect Gemma’s excellent communication skills. Gemma has always worked within sales and marketing and started her career in estate agency in 2010 joining a large corporate estate agent as a Junior Negotiator based in Monmouth.  After a short time, Gemma was managing the branch and it was under her leadership the branch became a market leader and Gemma was awarded Manager of the Year in 2018, no mean feat within a large company.  Early in 2020, Gemma decided she wanted to work for a smaller company and start to develop her business skills alongside her sales and marketing skills and be able to have a greater input into the running of a business.  Gemma joined Parrys as Area Manager covering Abergavenny and Monmouth just as the country went into lockdown in March 2020, working from home and sharing her passion and enthusiasm over the telephone and via zoom, Gemma’s knowledge of the market and the local area is exceptional, along with her passion and dedicated customer service. Outside of work Gemma enjoys her time spent with her family and walking the Black mountains.
